Getting Started
Yes, you can read a book or two -- I recommend the "...For
Dummies" series -- and then you can head to one of those
tantalizingly-easy Web site wizards, and you should be good to
go, right? Maybe. Maybe not. Here's where I come in: I've done
all this before, and I'll work with you throughout the process.
You'll avoid surprises, and be up and running before you know
